describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our services available.
If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do
not use the Site or access our services.

2. MISPRINTS AND ERRORS, PRODUCT AVAILABILITY, AND ORDERS
We do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date and
accurate information on the Web Site. Nevertheless, misprints or other errors may
occur. Accordingly, Econo Color reserves the right to change the prices and services
available through the Web Site at any time and from time to time without any notice
or liability to you or any other person.
We reserve the rights to cancel online orders and refund payments that are made
on econocolor.ca. The order cancellation reason may include, but not limited to:
misprints, product availability, etc.

THIS SITE AND ALL CONTENTS OF THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN
"AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING

4. PRIVACY AND SECURITY
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third
parties for marketing purposes without your consent. We view protection of users'
privacy as a very important principle. We understand clearly that you and Your Information
are one of our most important assets.
Your credit card number is encrypted through SSL secure channel(128-bit encryption)
once communicating with the payment gateway.
We do not keep the credit card number on file; however billing addresses are saved
for user convenience and next time visits.
5. ONLINE ORDERS AND REFUND POLICY
Within 14 days of purchase, if for any reason you are not
completely satisfied with a product you have purchased, we will gladly give you
a full refund (except for certain items described below)
7 days for cameras(digital/35mm), cell phones, camcorders and lens in its original
condition (including all packaging, accessories and manuals)
Please note that online purchases can only be returned by mail and can not be returned
to a store location.
Shipping charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping
cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined
that the product is defective.
